Janice

Janice has been on the Wilcox Sales Staff since 1996. She and her husband returned to Milton Freewater in 1989 to raise their 3 children on the family farm. She is a "sports mom" and has been active as a 4-H leader. Janice feels the most important part of her job is getting a true picture of the customers wants and needs. She enjoys matching up her customers with the furniture that best suits their lifestyle and personal desires.

Cynthia

Cynthia has been a member of the sales team at Wilcox Furniture since 1998. She grew up in Maine, but has come to love the Walla Walla Valley. Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband, who she met at Wilcox Furniture when he came in looking for a sofa. She likes to think he got quite a bargain. She loves being a Mom and is a Grammy to three beautiful girls. She has a passion for Karate and is a first degree Black Belt. Cynthia's specialty is helping customers select custom order furniture. She enjoys coordinating pieces to achieve "just the right look" and is very knowledgeable about fabric versatility and durability. Her favorite quote is: "People may not remember what you say, but they will remember how you made them feel."

Laska

Laska joined the Wilcox staff in 2000. A native of Walla Walla, she and her husband owned and operated O'Cons Flowers for 11 1/2 years. Prior to that, she worked as a dental assistant. Laska has two grown children and three beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys family and friends, gardening, and walking in her spare time. She says, "I've always enjoyed decorating and it is very rewarding to be working at a job where I can express this."

Terry

Terry began working at Wilcox in November of 2001. He started in the warehouse department and then moved into sales. Terry and his wife were married in 1984 and are raising two sons. He and his wife both grew up in the Walla Walla valley. Terry spent 20 years in the retail grocery business, where he got to know and serve many people in this area. He enjoys almost all outdoor activities (except yard work). Terry also enjoys woodworking, which has helped give him insight into quality furniture construction. He says, "I want my customers to feel comfortable during their shopping experience, so they can make a relaxed and educated decision on their new purchase". His goal is to have every customer look back in years to come and still be happy with their purchase.

Bud

Although "Bud" Birdwell is new to the Wilcox Sales Team, he has been in sales for over 47 years. Bud moved his family to Milton-Freewater from California over 26 years ago. Bud has many satisfied customers as a result of owning his own business and working for several other area businesses in the local area. Bud has three grown children and seven grandchildren, who adore "Papa". His goal is to "Satisfy my customers, so they will return in the future."

Ailene

Ailene started at Wilcox Furniture in August of 1999. She started as an administrative assistant and moved into sales. She left in August of 2003 to see if the grass was greener on the other side. Two years and 3 jobs later in July of 2005 she happily returned to Wilcox Furniture. Ailene enjoys the very friendly and customer service oriented atmosphere at Wilcox Furniture.

Anita

Anita began at Wilcox in 2003. She has been a resident of Milton-Freewater and Walla Walla for most of her life. Anita enjoys meeting people and working with the public. She is especially happy to be at Wilcox where she can put her love of home improvement to use.

Brian

Brian comes to Wilcox Furniture with extensive retail and sales experience, having sold everything from home electronics to cars. He speaks conversational Japanese, has a degree in Theatre and enjoys pop-culture (movies, books, novels), music (listening, playing and singing), and gaming. He has studied martial arts for most of his life and has recently taken up boxing as well.
