CONGRATULATIONS on your purchase of quality home furnishings from Wilcox Furniture. Your new furniture is guaranteed to you, not only by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, but also by our Wilcox Furniture Warranty Promise.

OUR PROMISE. Wilcox Furniture promises to you, the original purchaser, to remedy any defects in material or workmanship, due to normal household use, for a period of one year. During this year, Wilcox Furniture will provide, free of charge, all labor and parts necessary to correct such defects on items that are in our regularly scheduled delivery and shipping areas.

In addition to this warranty promise, Wilcox Furniture assures you complete customer satisfaction with our "30 Day Happiness Guarantee". If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or it just isn't right for you, we will gladly exchange or return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Terms of this Warranty:

SOFAS, LOVESEATS, RECLINERS, CHAIRS, SLEEPERS, ROCKERS: Frames have a LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE (We will repair or replace parts free of charge for the useful life of the product- there will be a charge for labor after the first year). Fabrics, cushions, buttons, seams, and springs will be guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. In addition, many manufacturers have extended warranties provided to the purchaser.

RECLINERS: Reclining mechanisms carry a LIMITED LIFETIME GUARANTEE (We will repair or replace parts for the useful life of the product- there will be a labor charge after the first year).

BEDROOM, DINING ROOM, OCCASIONAL TABLES: Construction is guaranteed against breaking, warping, or splitting from normal household use for one year from date of purchase.

DINETTES: All metal parts are guaranteed against breaking or bending from normal use for one year from date of purchase.

MATTRESS SETS: All mattresses and foundations are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Additional warranties are provided by the manufacturer depending on the specific model that is purchased.

FABRIC PROTECTANT: Fabric protectant is guaranteed not to alter the color or touch of the fabric. The stain warranty is provided by the product manufacturer.

Labor Charges- We will pay the labor charges to repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the original purchaser for one year from purchase date. After the initial year, the purchaser will be responsible for labor charges to make the repair, except in those cases where a manufacturer's warranty includes labor to perform the repair.

Transportation Charges- Items that are outside our regularly scheduled delivery and shipping areas must be returned to Wilcox Furniture for warranty service, or transportation charges will apply to the repair.

Warranty coverage applies to factory defects, delivery damage and deficiencies arising from normal household use.

In addition to the Wilcox Furniture Warranty Promise, some items carry extended warranties provided directly by the manufacturer.

Wilcox Clearance Center Furniture Warranty

Wilcox Clearance Center honors all manufacturers warranties that are provided on the products that we sell. In addition, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or it just isn't right for you, we will gladly exchange or return your purchase for a full refund anytime during the first week (7 days) after the pickup or delivery date of the new purchase.

Purchasers Responsibility. The purchaser is responsible for any repair charges that are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If the item is outside our regularly scheduled delivery and shipping areas, then it must be returned to Wilcox Clearance Center for warranty service, or transportation charges will apply to the repair.
